We are seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Operations Officer to join our Global Executive Leadership Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior operations leader who wants to use their expertise to help build and scale a growing international charity while making a meaningful impact on communities around the world.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Mission Operations & Infrastructure Officer, you will help lead the delivery of Project Yananai's global operations, ensuring our humanitarian programmes are delivered efficiently, safely and effectively.
You'll provide strategic leadership across:
- Humanitarian relief operations
- Education and training programmes
- Logistics and supply chain
- Risk management and operational compliance
- Special projects and operational innovation
- Global operational planning and delivery
You will also deputise for the Chief Mission Operations & Infrastructure Officer when required, ensuring continuity of leadership across our international operations.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Significant senior leadership experience within operational environment
- Experience leading complex operational programmes and multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong strategic planning and operational delivery skills
- Knowledge of logistics, governance, risk management and operational compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making abilities
- A collaborative leadership style and passion for building high-performing teams
