We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Cluster Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations across all four properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the housekeeping teams across all four sites.
- Ensure guest rooms, apartments and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Conduct daily room inspections and quality checks.
- Manage staff rotas, training and performance.
- Monitor linen, guest amenities and housekeeping stock levels.
- Work closely with Reception and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Handle guest feedback and continuously improve housekeeping standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and people management skills.
- Experience using a Hotel PMS (Guestline, Opera or similar preferred).
- Flexible approach to working across multiple properties.
