**Project Administrator / Coordinator — Part-Time**

**Job Type:** Part-time, permanent
**Hours:** 22.5 hours/week — 5 days, approx. 1:30pm–6:00pm daily
**Location:** Office-based for initial training (Leyland) then hybrid — 1–2 days/week in office

Wr are a fast growing logistics and installation company. Our Assembly & Installation Division delivers nationwide office furniture and acoustic office booth installations for major clients — including large-scale projects for Network Rail and HS2 — alongside a growing operation across Europe.
**The Role**
We're hiring a Project Administrator / Coordinator to sit at the centre of our project delivery — the link between our customers, our installation teams on the ground, and internal scheduling. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone who's organised, a confident communicator, and comfortable juggling several live jobs at once.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate directly with customers and on-site installation teams throughout each project
- Manage and update job schedules to keep projects on track
- Write clear, accurate debrief reports following completed installations
- Handle customer emails and feedback, responding promptly and professionally
- Check orders for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies before and during jobs
- Support the wider team with day-to-day project administration
**About You**
- 1+ years' experience in project administration, project coordination, or operations support
- Strong written English — able to produce clear reports and professional customer correspondence
- Confident managing multiple projects, calls, and emails simultaneously
- Well organised, calm under pressure, and reliable with schedules and deadlines
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with scheduling or CRM systems a plus
- Background in logistics, installation, furniture, or construction is an advantage but not essential

**Working Pattern**
Part-time, 5 days a week, working afternoons (1:30pm–6:00pm).
Full training is office-based; hybrid working (1–2 office days/week) begins once you're settled in.
Pay: £15,210.00 per year
