Nexus Recruitment is working with a boutique managing agent in Southampton who are growing their residential block management arm and looking for a new member of the team. Looking after a prime portfolio of high-end properties across Southampton and the South Coast, you will have the help of an assistant who will shadow you in this role. My client manages their stock with customer service at the forefront of delivery and are looking for someone who aligns with this.
Core duties:
- Management of your portfolio of circa 500 units, including regular site inspections
- Set and manage the service charge budgets for your portfolio as well as year-end accounts
- Liaise with key stakeholders, building a valuable rapport
- Oversee contractors, ensuring they have the correct permits to work
- Ensure your portfolio is compliant and current leasehold legislation

Required skill-set:
- AIRPM qualified
- 2+ years leasehold experience
- Career motivated and focussed on your development
- Clean UK driving license
