To provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maintain the visual and operational standards of the store. The Sales Assistant plays a key role in creating a premium shopping experience, representing the brand’s image, and achieving store targets.
Customer Service & Sales:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection.
- Offer styling advice and product knowledge to meet customer needs.
- Proactively drive sales by identifying opportunities and promoting promotions.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Guess guidelines.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
