We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, Receptionist. Your role will include
Provide an exceptional Patient Journey.
Gain, build, and contribute exceptional organisational, administrative, and professional responsibility while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Maintain continuity and smooth running of the practice by following procedures, policies, and protocols.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and interpersonally
Embrace learning and progress
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks
Use of initiative and attention to detail are excellent
Self-motivated and well-presented individual who enjoys working independently and within a team environment
Increasing patient conversions.
Knowledge of working with SOE Exact would be advantageous
