Tired of kitchens that take over your life?
Most kitchen jobs come with late finishes, split shifts, long hours and weekends that disappear before you've even made plans.
This one doesn't.
At Good Taste Bakery, you'll finish work at 3:00pm every day, work just 35 hours a week, enjoy no evening shifts, no split shifts, and benefit from a fair rotating weekend schedule giving you regular Saturdays and Sundays off.
This is a rare opportunity to enjoy a genuine work-life balance while leading a busy, successful daytime café kitchen.
We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen in our popular Frimley Green café, producing high-quality breakfasts, brunches and lunches in a friendly, well-organised environment.
We're also keen to hear from experienced cooks who are ready to take the next step into their first management role.
If you take pride in running an efficient kitchen, enjoy leading by example and want to work for a growing independent business that values its people, we'd love to hear from you.
