Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated PDI Technician - Vehicle Inspector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting vehicles during the pre-delivery inspection process, ensuring they meet quality standards before reaching customers. Your expertise will help maintain our reputation for excellence by thoroughly evaluating vehicle condition and performing necessary adjustments or repairs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles to verify quality, safety, and functionality before delivery
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed during inspections
- Identify mechanical issues or defects and document findings accurately
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks to move or position vehicles safely during inspection procedures
- Follow standardized checklists and procedures to ensure consistency and thoroughness in inspections
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status and any required repairs
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components
