Job Description:
We are looking to recruit a reliable and hard working Sous Chef to join our team in our established Restaurant on Dartmouth Golf Course in West Bromwich.
Please note the following requirements;
- Assist the Head Chef and in their absence confidently lead the kitchen
- Confident working in a fresh food kitchen - experience essential
- Very organised
- Able to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Maintain all due diligence records and have those available for inspection at all times.
- Make health and safety and food hygiene standards a top priority
- Perfect the creation of all our dishes, ensuring food is cooked and presented to the highest standard
- Create a happy, professional kitchen which is dedicated to quality and ensures that every guest leaves happy and wanting to return
- Reliable, hardworking and passionate
- Proven record of experience
- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
