Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during night hours, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor hotel premises for safety and security purposes.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for any overnight needs.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays and activities.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of service and professionalism at all times.
- Service and set up Conference/Event rooms.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel or guest services preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
