We're now seeking an experienced Warehouse First Line Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Lead, coach and support a team of warehouse colleagues to achieve safety, productivity, quality and service KPIs
- Coordinate daily operational activities across areas such as Inbound, Returns, Pick, Pack and Outbound
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all DHL health, safety and security standards
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback and support colleague development and engagement
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, performance and operational standards
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Warehouse, logistics or distribution team leadership experience
- Strong people management, coaching and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
- Automation, FMCG or start-up operation experience is desirable.
