Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee Landscaping and Fencing projects on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supervising teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within specified timelines and budgets. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong management skills and a background in project supervision / management.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and labour teams
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones, delays, or issues to senior management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the site
- Aid Senior management with procurement of materials and equipment as required for ongoing work
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve any issues promptly
- Foster effective communication between clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate smooth operations
Experience
- Proven suitable experience within the construction / landscaping sector
- Supervising experience in a similar role, demonstrating leadership capabilities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
