Role:
Support a fast-paced kitchen by delivering high-quality dishes consistently while working closely with the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
- Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation
- Work efficiently during busy service
- Follow hygiene, safety, and kitchen procedures
- Assist with prep, stock control, and clean-down
- Communicate effectively with the team
- Contribute ideas for menu improvements
Requirements:
- Previous chef experience in a busy kitchen
- Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of food safety & hygiene
- Reliable and available weekends
