We are seeking an analytical and empathetic professional able to navigate complex, financial crises with vulnerable clients. As a member of our specialist CRF debt referral team, you must be a team player with sharp numeracy skills and a strong commitment to maintaining strict FCA and Advice quality standards.
Specialist Debt Advice: You will handle complex financial cases that require specialist debt assessment beyond standard generalist casework, meeting FCA and AQS standards. You’ll manage a busy caseload, keep detailed case records and identify urgent issues quickly.
Advocacy & Negotiation: You’ll help clients understand their debt options, prepare accurate financial statements and negotiate with corporate creditors, statutory enforcement agencies and legal bodies to restructure liabilities and secure sustainable outcomes.
Integrated Casework and Collaboration: You will partner closely with the dedicated CRF caseworker team, managing the internal referral pathway and combining your technical debt expertise with their holistic case to deliver seamless, comprehensive client support.
Fully-funded Professional Accreditation: This role will receive comprehensive, fully-funded training to achieve and maintain specialist debt advice accreditation recognised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Advice Quality Standard (AQS) frameworks.
