Part-Time Baker (Experience or Passion for Baking Welcome)

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic baker to join the team at Girvans!
This is initially a part-time role for 2 days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours for the right candidate.
Whether you're an experienced commercial baker or a talented home baker looking to turn your passion into a job, we'd love to hear from you. If you have a great attitude, enjoy baking and are keen to learn, we'll provide support and training.
What you'll be doing
- Baking a range of cakes, traybakes, scones and other sweet treats
- Preparing products to Girvans' high standards
- Keeping the bakery clean, organised and food-safe
- Working as part of a friendly team
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves baking and takes pride in producing quality products
- Is reliable, organised and hardworking
- Can work independently once trained
- Has good attention to detail
- Previous bakery or kitchen experience is helpful
