You'll spend time supporting clients in their own homes while also coaching staff, carrying out quality observations, completing spot checks and helping maintain the high standards that our clients deserve.

What you'll be doing
As one of our Field Care Supervisors you'll divide your time between providing excellent care and supporting the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Delivering exceptional person-centred care
✔ Supporting and mentoring care staff
✔ Conducting spot checks and competency observations
✔ Supporting new staff during induction
✔ Monitoring care quality and standards
✔ Assisting with care reviews and assessments
✔ Promoting safe working practices
✔ Supporting medication competency
✔ Reporting safeguarding concerns promptly
✔ Helping ensure we remain fully compliant with CQC standards

Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who leads by example.
You'll be someone who naturally supports others, remains calm under pressure and genuinely cares about delivering exceptional care.
Ideally you'll have:
✔ Experience working in domiciliary care
✔ Level 3 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Excellent organisation
✔ A Full UK Driving Licence
✔ Access to your own vehicle
