Hours: Part-time & Full-time Available
Pay: National Minimum Wage (depending on age and experience) + generous tips

We're looking for hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Porters to join our teams at Ollie's, Portofino, and TIDES. Our restaurants are busy, fast-paced and passionate about delivering exceptional food and service, and our kitchen teams are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly. Duties include:
- Washing pots, pans, crockery and kitchen equipment
- Keeping all kitchen areas clean, organised and hygienic
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Helping with deliveries and stock organisation
- Waste disposal and recycling
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy services
- Following all food hygiene and health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For

- A team player who's happy to muck in wherever needed
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
