We are a well-established nursery in Leicester City looking for someone like you to join our highly respected nursery as a SEN Support Assistant.
This vacancy involves working with a SEN (special education needs) child under the trusted guidance of a SENCo. Supporting children with additional SEND needs, you will be helping with managing child's learning and development, progressing targets, as well as supporting the child’s daily routine in the nursery.
Hours: Mon-Friday 1-5pm 30hrs a week.

· A passion in working with children and SEND
· The confidence and creative ability to manage a child with SEND
· Attend meetings and liaise with external agencies.
Required:
· Minimum 1 year experience working in Early Years
· Experienced and knowledgeable in SEN
· NVQ Level 3 and above
· Able to promote positive behaviour in a nurturing environment is essential
