Weekend Showroom Sales Advisor – Msofas (Halifax)
Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire
Hours: Saturdays & Sundays, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Part-Time (Weekend Only)
Msofas is looking for a friendly and confident Weekend Showroom Sales Advisor to join our Halifax showroom team.
Your role will involve welcoming customers, helping them choose the right sofa, providing product advice, and assisting with placing orders.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers in the showroom
- Providing product information and recommendations
- Helping customers choose fabrics, colours, and configurations
- Assisting customers with placing orders
- Answering questions about delivery, finance, and product features
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming showroom environment
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face
- Sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Basic computer skills
