FREELANCE SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER — BRIEF
Engagement: Freelance, remote Commitment: Approx 10–15 hours per week Rate: Monthly retainer (to be agreed) Reporting: Weekly check-in with Chris Burke
The Brands
This role covers four brands under one founder:
- brickendon.com — professional services for large companies
- hybridhero.com — enterprise workplace SaaS platform (B2B, 40+ countries)
And then two newer brands which will have a large amount of overlap
- chrisburkeexec.com — personal executive brand for Chris Burke
- theaduvo.com — consulting and advisory for smaller companies
What You'll Do
Build and manage social presence across all four brands. Primary channel is LinkedIn, with supporting presence on Instagram, X and YouTube Shorts for HybridHero.
- Produce 3–5 posts per week
- Repurpose other posts prepared via podcasts and from our digital marketing teams
- Create short-form video content using AI tools (HeyGen, Synthesia or similar)
- Design branded graphics and carousels (Canva or equivalent)
- Write punchy, on-brand copy across four distinct voices
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar
- Handle basic community management and engagement
- Report on performance monthly
What We're Looking For
- Strong copywriter comfortable across personal and B2B brand voices
- Experienced with AI video and avatar tools
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
- LinkedIn organic growth experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Understanding of enterprise buying audiences (CFO, COO, HR, Facilities) for HybridHero content
- Self-directed — able to plan and deliver with minimal hand-holding
