Job Overview
The successful applicants would be collecting from around 25 to 40 addresses per day. This may increase over time. The shifts are flexible, and at times you would be required to work five days out of seven. This is when special collections are booked.
This is an employed position that is paid by the hour. Our collections are generated through our new online booking system. Your collection stops will be routed prior to your day of collections. When out, you will be collecting our well-known charity bags from households that have booked through our booking system.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A CHARITY BAG DISTRIBUTION / COLLECTION ROLE.
This is an hourly paid DRIVER position that needs to make collections from Cumbria, Penrith, Carlisle, and Workington areas only.
Each day the collection driver will work in a designated area across the Northeast of England.
Once your collections have been completed, you would then unload at our head office in Washington.
We will provide you with a van, fuel, and uniform.
Driving licenses will be subject to a share code check.
