We are seeking a proactive, bilingual Cleaning Team Supervisor to lead our daily operations, support our staff, and ensure our clients receive top-tier service.
What You Will Do (Main Duties & Responsibilities)Team Leadership & Operations
- Supervise and direct daily activities for all cleaning teams.
- Create and manage work schedules, rosters, and shift assignments.
- Deliver hands-on support by assisting the team with first-time cleanings or specialized services.
- Coordinate and implement staff training programs to keep team skills sharp.
Client Relations & Communication
- Maintain excellent relationships with current and potential clients.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, messages, and emails.
- Schedule and conduct on-site visits to provide accurate cost estimates for new clients.
Quality Control & Administration
- Perform daily audits of work and staff interactions to maintain premium standards.
- Resolve operational issues quickly, professionally, and fairly.
- Handle basic admin tasks including tracking invoices and managing staff wages.
Who You Are (Person Specification) Must-Have Qualifications
- Language skills: Fluent in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Experience: Solid professional cleaning experience is essential.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
