Flexible Working Patterns That Work for You. We understand that everyone has different commitments, which is why we can often tailor your working days and shift patterns to suit you. We are particularly looking for people who could commit to working evenings and weekends.
Typical shifts times:
- Morning shifts (7:00am – 2:00pm)
- Evening shifts (4:00pm – 10:00pm)
Where You'll Be Working - Our clients live across: Haywards Heath, Lindfield, Cuckfield, Burgess Hill, Hassocks and Ditchling.
As you'll be visiting clients in their own homes, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work.

Whether you're new to care or experienced. If you're looking to start a career in healthcare, or you already have experience as a Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker and would like to develop your skills further, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing as a Care Assistant - Every day is different, but your role may include:
- Companionship and social interaction
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
- Meal preparation
- Medication support and administration
- Personal care, including bathing and showering
- Applying lotions and creams
- Dressing and grooming support
- Hair care, shaving support and assistance with appearance
- Light household duties
- Continence care
