Job Title: Complex Care Respiratory Support Worker
Location: Sinnington (12 miles from Malton, 4.5 miles from Pickering)
Work Pattern: Day Shifts
Employment Type: Part time and full time available.
About this role: As a Complex Care Support Worker you will provide vital care and support to an individual with Complex Needs including Epilepsy, physical disabilities and Tracheostomy Care. You will need to have experience with PEG feeding, Moving and Handling as well as MAR Charts. It is imperative you can commit to extensive training and have current or previous experience with Tracheostomy Care. You will support the service user at home and in college, travelling to and from with organised minibus transport.
Contract for Services. We are not currently accepting applications from individuals looking for sponsorship.
£14.68 per hour + Holiday Pay 12.07% We pay our team weekly!
Key Responsibilities:

Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the person 's care plan.

Supporting tracheostomy and ventilator management with full training provided.

Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans.

Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.

Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.
About You:

A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential

Previous experience with supporting those tracheostomy and ventilator dependent is beneficial

PEG Care Experience

Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.
