We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a residential care home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to residents with learning difficulties and possess strong leadership skills.
*Duties*
- Develop and implement individual care providing positive structure for residents
- Supervise and support care staff in delivering excellent care
- Drive the delivery of person-centred care
- Utilise IT systems to maintain accurate resident records
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in senior care is essential
- Strong leadership skills to guide care staff effectively
- Ability to implement comprehensive care plans
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and their families
- Proficiency in IT systems for record-keeping purposes
- Medication Administration.
- Supporting and liaising with the Management team.
- a Clear DBS
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Pay: £13.00-£13.25 per hour
