Oxnead Hall Estate is looking for reliable and hardworking Housekeepers to join our team on a zero-hours basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible work who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Working hours will vary according to bookings, events and operational requirements, so flexibility around working days and times is important.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning and preparing guest and event areas to a high standard.
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and communal areas.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and dusting.
- Emptying bins and replenishing cleaning supplies.
- Preparing rooms and facilities before and after bookings and events.
- Ensuring all areas are presented to a consistently high standard.
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage or shortages.
- Following health and safety procedures and using cleaning products safely.
- Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Thorough and takes pride in their work.
- Able to work independently and use their own initiative.
- Flexible and available around bookings and events.
- Physically able to carry out cleaning duties.
- Friendly, professional and respectful.
- Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is desirable, but full training can be provided.
