Kiosk Manager: Lead the team! Oversee kiosk operations, manage staff, and ensure top-class service delivery.
Most of our shifts are weekend shifts due to working in football stadiums. Offering flexible shifts that can fit around other employment or commitments.
Duties During Shift:
- Attend briefing led by your General Manager.
- Conduct staff briefing to your kiosk, ensuring that any notes from the General Manager is reiterated to team members.
- Facilitate training for new staff.
- Manage stock counts and delegate responsibilities to team members.
- Ensure a high-level cleanliness and hygiene levels within the kiosk throughout the shift.
- Take and record pie temperature and adjust oven temperatures accordingly.
- Ensure that customers are served in a timely fashion whilst upholding high level of customer service.
- Manage stock count upon closure of the kiosk.
- Communicate stock levels, logged incidents and other important information with General Manager.
- Complete all kiosk documents, including accurately recording stock levels and takings.
- Ensure the cleaning check list for closure is completed – delegate jobs to your team.
- If applicable, turn gas on and off at the beginning and end of the shift.
- Manage staff effectively to ensure that their skills are being developed.
- There may be further duties as directed by your General Manager.
Wage Rate does not included additional holiday pay payment
Pay: £14.80 per hour
