We're looking for an experienced and committed Vehicle Technician to join our friendly, professional team.
At our garage, we pride ourselves on our "first-time right" approach to vehicle repairs and servicing. We believe in carrying out quality work, being honest with our customers, and taking the time to educate them about their vehicle so they can make informed decisions. We're looking for someone who shares these values.
The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs to a high standard, while working efficiently in a busy workshop. Just as importantly, you'll be comfortable explaining your findings to customers in a clear, friendly and professional manner, helping them understand what their vehicle needs and why.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualified or equivalent
- Experienced Vehicle Technician with strong workshop experience.
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Confident carrying out servicing, repairs and general vehicle maintenance.
- MOT Tester qualification preferred, but not essential.
- A friendly, approachable manner with the ability to communicate technical information in a way customers can understand.
- A genuine team player who is always willing to support and help colleagues when needed as well as teaching apprentices from time to time.
- Reliable, hardworking and committed, with pride in producing high-quality work.
- Full UK driving licence.
