Electrical Working Contract Supervisor - Domestic Social Housing
Job Location – Stockport
Salary - DOE plus Package

Dodd Group are looking for an experienced electrical working contract Supervisor to help run and assist with the delivery of one of Dodd Groups major accounts.
The Supervisor provides leadership and is responsible for (although not limited to):
- Day to day supervision of operatives and sub-contractors also working on the tools.
- Pre & Post inspections of works
- Organising and allocating operative workload in association with the program
- Tool box talks & health and safety monitoring
- Travelling between properties
- Liaising with the client and tenants over works
- Complaint escalation
- As a key participant in the relationship with the Company, Sub-Contractors and the Client.
Qualifications or Training:
- Experience in all aspects of the electrical trade, qualified to NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor Level.
- Knowledge and experience of delivering domestic/Commercial electrical work including emergency lighting.
- JIB Managers/Gold Card
- 18th Edition
- Experience in social housing
- A full UK Driving License.
- IT Literate including an understanding of Excel.
- Good communication and people skills
