We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Management Office-Based Professional to join our organisation. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Lead and supervise administrative teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Analyse organisational data and prepare detailed reports to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments, translating complex information into clear messages in both English and Spanish.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and oversee follow-up actions to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures.
- Manage multilingual correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.
- Support leadership in project management activities, tracking progress and delivering insights on project outcomes.
Experience
- Proven management experience within a corporate or organisational setting, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse groups effectively.
- Strong analysis skills with experience in data interpretation and report preparation.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable to facilitate bilingual communication.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Pay: £38,610.00-£42,120.00 per year
