The People Change Implementation Manager is responsible for assessing the scope and complexity of people change programmes and delivering change activity to support the smooth transition for people initiatives.
The role holder has day to day project management oversight for the delivery of a number of people change projects. It is also responsible for the completion of job evaluation activity for the University.

About You
You’ll have experience with delivering the people elements of change projects and programmes, specifically leading consultations and other legal processes e.g. TUPE. You are also trained in the Hay methodology of job evaluation and have experience of leading job evaluation, preferably within the Higher Education sector.
Proficient with Microsoft, you’re able to translate ideas into tangible options and can build business cases for change, before leading the change through to conclusion. You’re also able to build a culture of continuous improvement and are familiar with the legal processes of consultation. Analytical skills are also important for data led decision making, with a people focused angle.
You’ll be able to see the bigger picture and think creatively to understand issues and options to resolve them, utilising your broader knowledge and experience from extensive research and contacts.
