Employment: Full and Part time hours available – will include evening and weekend work
Up to £12.71 per hour plus generous tips (on average an additional £1.75 per hour) and excellent company benefits
Brookhouse Mill is a converted water mill, now a pub full of character and charm on the banks of the River Ystrad, on the outskirts of the market town of Denbigh in the charming Vale of Clwyd. After an extensive refurbishment we’re delighted to have finally reopened the doors earlier this summer, and have the pub at the centre of the town’s community once again. It has quickly established itself as a popular place, offering a great range of cask ales, top quality wines and great British food, using local products wherever possible.

What we’re looking for:
Experienced, enthusiastic, friendly and hard-working people who are looking for a sociable and lively place to work. Yes, it will get pretty busy but that’s how we love it – all the team muck in together to get the job done and there’s nothing more rewarding than looking back at the end of a busy shift knowing everyone who came through the door had a great experience.
Previous experience of working in a similar bar/restaurant is very much preferred as we know you’ll have the attitude and work ethos we’re looking for – a front of house crew who share our love of food, drink and most importantly, people.
