Job Description
Warleys is a family owned business selling pet food and accessories, we are looking for a store assistant to add to our team. The duties include serving customers, aiding customers with advice on foods stocked, taking stock to vehicles if required. Putting away deliveries, working on an EPOS til, handling of cash and credit card machine. The applicant must be able to work within a team or alone, be confident dealing with customers and able to lift a 25kg feed bag. Basic Mathematics and English skills are essential, as are a polite and helpful manner. Knowledge of pet/animal feeds is desirable but not essential, however the interest of animals is required for this role. This role will likely to be based at our Warley Cross store, however flexibility is required to be able to work at the Driffield store so transport to get to both of these locations is essential. The role is permanent and may be full time or part time, ability to work weekends essential.
