In this role, you will:
Invoice Processing
60%
Contribute to budget management by the timely processing of invoices for key accounts.
Lead the month-end process for Reduced Revenue for Burt’s Bees and Ever Clean distributors
Attend the month-end Reduced Revenue meetings with Finance and Sales for Burt’s Bees and Ever Clean.
Data Analytics
20%
Support the Sales and Shopper Marketing team with ad hoc data requests e.g. Category & Competitor Reviews, Sales Performance Analysis, Digital Shelf Analysis, preparation for customer meetings.
Retailer Activation
20%

What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience:
The role is hybrid (2-3 days per week office based, remainder home based) based in Richmond.
Education Level/Degree: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Technical Skills:
Excellent Microsoft Office Package Knowledge, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Managerial Skills and Abilities:
Have an aptitude for organisation and administrative leadership
Able to work with little supervision
Ability to work cross functionally with a wide group of people from all levels
Confident, optimistic, can-do attitude and a team player
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
