About the role...
We are looking for an experienced Laser Operator as part of a busy sheet metal fabrication shop. This role will suit suits someone who cares about accuracy, repeatability, and setting jobs up properly. You’ll be working from drawings, and producing parts that make the next stage of fabrication easier.
The kind of work you'll be doing...
- Working with sheet metal
- Producing accurate, consistent parts
- Organising parts clearly for downstream processes
- Carrying out basic machine checks and maintenance
- Keeping the area safe, tidy, and organised
This role will suit you if you...
- Have 2+ years’ experience operating Laser Machines
- Understand material handling and part organisation
- Care about accuracy, repeatability, and safe working
- Are confident working from drawings
- Work well independently and as part of a wider team
- Are reliable, organised, and steady in your approach
