We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Labourer who also holds a valid driver’s license to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading materials, equipment, and supplies across job sites
- Perform general labour tasks including site cleanup, material handling, and site preparation to ensure safety and efficiency aswell as working along side our main tradesman on site.
- Support team members by setting up work areas, moving tools or supplies as needed, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with supervisors to coordinate daily tasks, prioritize workloads, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Work alongside our main tradesman to assist them and learn how its done so you can learn and grow
- Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Have your own vehicle to get to work and get small misc materials if required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction sites or industrial environments is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities as needed.
