We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Experienced Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. In this vital role, you will oversee leasing activities, maintain tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance, and ensure the property operates smoothly and efficiently. Your proactive approach will help foster a positive community environment while maximizing property value and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Manage leasing processes, including showing units, processing applications, and signing leases to attract quality tenants.
- Maintain excellent communication with tenants via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and concerns.
- Oversee property maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with vendors and maintenance staff to uphold high standards of property condition.
- Perform data entry, recordkeeping, rent collection, and financial reporting accurately.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with upselling amenities or lease options to enhance resident experience and increase revenue opportunities.
- Maintain organized administrative records, including lease agreements, tenant files, incident reports, and inspection logs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related administrative role within the real estate industry.
- Working knowledge of the new Renters' Rights Act which started in May 2026
- Proficiency in any property management software is preferred.
- Strong office experience with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Demonstrated administrative experience managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks such as property inspections or maintenance coordination as needed.
- Knowledge of safety regulations is a plus.

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
