We are seeking a Site Administrator based in Bristol to be part of our growing team.
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Record site attendance, timesheets, and the onboarding process
- Handle general administrative tasks
- Manage document control using 4P, including uploading drawings, schedules, quality records, and test documentation.
- Support the Quality Assurance Administrator by reviewing and updating documentation as needed.
- Coordinate site deliveries
- Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain records of material orders and stock.
- Communicate with suppliers by phone, making and receiving calls
- Support the administration of health and safety documentation to ensure compliance.
- Manage, enter and review NICEIC test certification
- Attend meetings, review relevant information and share updates with the appropriate departments
- Record meeting minutes
| QUALIFICATION |
- 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) including Maths and English
| EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE |
Essential
- Computer skills to include Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Previous experience in a site office environment
- Document control experience including use of specialist software such as 4P
