About Sticks & Cones
Sticks & Cones is a high-quality, ingredient-led independent ice cream shop that opened in Marylebone in June. We make artisan ice cream and ice lollies made from scratch on-site, using carefully sourced ingredients. Everything we serve is made with attention to detail and a respect for craft.
We are looking for experienced front of house staff to serve ice cream and prepare hot drinks for customers. We are keen to receive applications for more experienced staff who could take on shift supervision roles.
Ice Cream Servers / Shift Supervisors
What you’ll do
- Deliver efficient and friendly customer service
- Take orders and handle payments via POS system
- Prepare and serve drinks, ice cream, sundaes etc. consistently to a high standard and portioning guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace and shop floor
- Liaise with kitchen on ice cream availability and shortages
- Restock supplies and communicate any shortage and/or issues to GM
- Follow food and health and safety procedures including allergen
- Assist customers with recommendations and upsell add ons

- Initiative: You must be able to spot things that need doing without being reminded, and to manage time and priorities well especially during busy periods.
- Tidyness: maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene is essential in the shop.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year in hospitality or customer service facing role
- Experience working with ice cream preferred but not essential
- We are keen to receive applications for more experienced staff who could take on shift supervision roles.
Working Hours
- Part time: 2-3 days of availability required
- Full Time 30-40hours, 4-5 days a week
- Must be able to work until 11:30pm
Pay: Starting at London Living Wage, increases with experience for shift supervisors.
