Binder Ltd is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Jetting Operative with a Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence to join our specialist wastewater team.

The Role
As a Jetting Operative, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive jetting works on drainage and wastewater systems using specialist high-pressure jetting equipment.
Working both independently and as part of a team, you'll ensure all work is completed safely, professionally and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment safely and effectively.
- Drive and operate Class 2 jetting vehicles.
- Carry out drain and sewer cleaning, blockage clearance and maintenance.
- Assist with wastewater and pumping station maintenance.
- Complete daily vehicle, plant and equipment checks.
- Record completed work using handheld devices and electronic job sheets.
- Carry out dynamic risk assessments and follow all health and safety procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer service when working on client sites.
- Ensure vehicles and equipment remain clean, compliant and well maintained.
Essential Requirements
- Class 2 (LGV Category C) HGV licence.
- Valid Driver CPC.
- Previous experience as a Jetting Operative within the drainage, utilities or wastewater industry.
- Experience operating high-pressure water jetting equipment.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Confident using smartphones or handheld devices to complete job records.
- Fewer than 6 penalty points on your driving licence.
Desirable
- Tanker driving experience.
- Confined Space qualification.
- Water jetting association certified.
- Experience working on wastewater systems.
