Meel Group is looking for an experienced, electrically biased MEP Site Supervisor to join our growing team, working full-time on a major NHS healthcare site in Stockport.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) team delivering planned maintenance, reactive works and small projects across a busy healthcare estate. Working alongside our MEP Contracts Manager, you'll play a key role in supervising engineers, coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
This is more than a supervisory role. It's an opportunity to become part of a growing management team with the chance to influence how our Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services are delivered across a major NHS healthcare site. As Meel Group continues to expand its healthcare operations, you'll play an important role in developing a high-performing engineering team, improving service delivery and helping shape our long-term approach to delivering MEP services across multiple healthcare sites.
About the Role

You'll coordinate daily activities, supervise engineers and specialist subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. You'll also support the planning and delivery of reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and small projects whilst maintaining excellent communication with both the client and the wider Meel Group team.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, so you'll continue to undertake electrical installation, maintenance, testing and fault-finding where required, leading by example and providing technical support to the wider team.

- Support the planning and delivery of planned maintenance, reactive works and small projects.
- Work closely with the MEP Contracts Manager to resolve operational issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure RAMS, permits to work and all associated documentation are completed and adhered to.
- Mentor apprentices and support the development of junior engineers.
- Promote a positive safety culture and maintain high standards of housekeeping and professionalism on site.
