The role
We're looking for a registered Pharmacy Technician to join and help lead our experienced team on a full-time or part-time basis.
This is a clinical-facing role for someone who wants to grow beyond the dispensary. You'll work directly alongside our Superintendent IP Pharmacist and pharmacy manager, getting hands-on with the clinical services that set us apart: Pharmacy First, weight management, travel vaccinations, and ear wax removal among them. Full training is provided.
Ideally the role suits a qualified Accredited Checking Technicianbut we are also happy to support training to qualify as an ACT .

What you'll do
- Support the pharmacy manager in delivering excellent patient care and customer service, helping the pharmacy continue to grow
- Support delivery of Pharmacy First consultations and our private clinical services, including weight management, travel vaccinations, and ear wax removal
- Process prescription items safely and accurately in line with our standard operating procedures
- Ensure the safe and correct supply of dispensed items at the point of handout
- Advise patients on over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products
- Work as part of a team to achieve our shared business objectives
About you
- Registered with the GPhC as a Pharmacy Technician (essential)
- Community pharmacy experience (essential)
- Enthusiasm for clinical service delivery and developing your career
- Open to qualifying as an Accredited Checking Technician in future (desirable, with full support provided)
- Methodical, accurate, and able to maintain high concentration
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Professional, tactful, and friendly
- Trustworthy, with a clear understanding of patient confidentiality
- Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
- A positive, can-do team player
- IT literate
- Fluent in written and spoken English
