Greenberry Cafe in Primrose Hill north west London are looking for a new team member for our bar team. Open 7 days a week for brunch, lunch and dinner, closing early on Mondays & Sundays.
We are looking for someone who can combine the role of barista with that of bartender. If you have experience in one role if not the other, then a willingness to learn new skills is paramount. Our new team member will also have:
- Exceptional customer service skills, be able to anticipate customers’ needs and requirements
- Be charming, friendly and well presented
- Have at least one year experience working in a similar role
- Have experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Have high standards of organisation and cleanliness
- Work well within a team environment
- Be able to work a combination of daytime shifts, evenings and weekends (but we will consider a part time role if you have the relevant experience)
- Speaks fluent English
The successful candidates will earn the basic pay rate of hourly pay and be entitled to a share of the company’s Tronc fund (so approx £16-£17 per hour combined basic rate and share of service charge depending on level of experience
