About the Role
As a Partnership Development Manager, you will drive strategic partnerships that directly support recruitment, talent pipelines, and workforce development across United Learning.
Central to the role is developing a deep understanding of the needs of our schools, enabling a more targeted and effective approach to recruitment. You will work closely with our cluster of schools, universities, and training providers to attract motivated graduates and teachers, creating sustainable pathways into careers in education and supporting staffing excellence across the network.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a partnership strategy focused on teacher and staff recruitment pipelines
- Work closely with United Teaching as our preferred training provider to understand localised recruitment challenges and respond through innovative marketing and targeted recruitment approaches
- Build relationships with universities, ITT providers, apprenticeship schemes, and graduate programmes
- Identify and secure partnerships that enhance early career recruitment, leadership development, and retention
- Collaborate with HR and school leaders to understand workforce needs and align partnership activity
- Lead recruitment-focused campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives (e.g. career fairs, talent programmes)
- Establish pathways for underrepresented groups to enter and progress within education roles
- Track and report on recruitment impact, pipeline conversion, and partnership return on investment (ROI)
- Represent United Learning as an employer of choice across the education and graduate recruitment market
