An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Bemrose School due to a rapidly growing cohort across the whole school. We are looking to recruit a High-Level Teaching Assistant to lead and work with pupils who have SEMH needs. The post will suit a colleague who has experience of working with pupils who need nurturing and support on their journey. The post has created an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join an established and growing support team that makes a real difference to the education of our pupils.

Applicants need to be resilient and not fazed by a challenge, well organised, resourceful and flexible. They should demonstrate their ability to work with colleagues and children effectively and must enjoy working with young people.
The successful applicant must be committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and will be DBS and DBA checked. They will have strong IT skills, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
