We're looking for three proactive and organised Home Finding and Partnerships Officers to join our Home Finding and Partnerships Team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping children and young people access safe, stable and supportive homes that meet their individual needs and enable them to thrive. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues, carers, providers and partner agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes for Bristol's children and young people.
What you'll do
- Source and broker suitable homes and support packages for children and young people.
- Manage referrals and a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Negotiate placements and packages of care with providers and partner agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, carers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse information and data to identify needs, opportunities and gaps in provision.
Present recommendations that support effective decision-making and deliver value for money.

About you
You'll bring relevant experience gained in children's services, care, health, community services, customer-focused environments or other settings where you've managed competing priorities and worked with multiple stakeholders.
You'll have strong communication and relationship-building skills, be able to manage competing priorities and make effective decisions in a busy environment and be committed to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.
