Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Fast Food Workers to join our busy team. This role involves providing excellent customer service while operating the till and serving food in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong organisational skills, and a positive attitude. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in customer service, and team working within a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company
- Serve customers efficiently at the counter , ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including service stations and dining spaces
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently met, including proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe environment for colleagues and customers
Skills
- Experience in restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Ability to upsell menu items in a friendly manner to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
