Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, and skincare routines with precision and professionalism
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering tailored advice
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across treatment areas and equipment at all times
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare to enhance their experience
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference
Skills
- Good at using apps, detail-oriented, and creative.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Fluency in English to ensure clear communication with clients and team members
