As a Remote Data Processing Specialist, you will work closely with our team of audiologists and customer service representatives to ensure accurate and timely data entry and processing. Your main responsibilities will include entering and updating customer and product information, managing and organizing data, and troubleshooting any data-related issues. This is a fully remote position, giving you the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still being a valuable member of our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update customer and product information into our database

Organize and maintain data in an efficient and secure manner

Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues in a timely manner

Collaborate with team members to ensure all data is accurately entered and processed

Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes

Keep up-to-date with company products and services to ensure accurate data entry
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred
