Join our vibrant hospitality team as a part time energetic Bartender! Must be able to work Friday and Saturday. Travel to Edinburgh EH14 5DE.

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of Hot drinks, wine, beer, cocktails and mocktails. with precision and flair. ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits.
- Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during high-energy events like nightlife or banquets.
- Assist in setting up catering events or banquet services by serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while managing time effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; prior retail math or hospitality experience is highly valued.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective time management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team dedicated to hospitality excellence.
- Nightclub or catering experience is advantageous; familiarity with brewing or food industry standards is a bonus.
